Anna's and Evgenia's PCS should be switched IMO

I think it should be : Caro getting EVgenia's, Anna getting Caro's, and Evgenia getting Anna's.

LOL at Kostner, this skater here can turn up with her juniorish level programs, usual errors and splats and still get those scores. Even more laughable are the ones fawning over this perenially overscored artiste.

Anna fought all the way through that. I'm really proud of her because she never gave up. This season has been a real turn around for her just in time for S. Korea 2018.

As for Medvedeva's 4-combo defiance, I'm all for it. It's brilliant, honestly. Keep pushing the sport forward. It honesty likely costs her a point or so (particularly if they < the last 3T) but it doesn't even matter.

I don't mind Evgenia doing the extra combo. I don't think the message is "look I can win regardless", but rather trying to push the sport a little bit. If she can do more, then why not.

Anna's 3T looked < to me. It's probaby why her tech dropped from 70 to 67.

Evgenia has performed her LP much better earlier in the season.

Anna's PCS are far too low all-around. So are Carolina's in all but transitions.

I hope at Worlds Hanyu just starts doing a ton of 3As in between the rest of the elements so he can "push the sport forward."

I really don't think Evgenia should get more PCS than Carolina. She would have won anyway. Why the need to pad her PCS?

Why the need to not call Caro's UR? Anna could have lost the silver, look at the difference between them. Could have gone the other way. It's hardly like Zhenya's the only one benefiting. Caro's PCS was overscored in the SP too while Anna was low balled as usual. How about that?

It's always great to see Caro the queen and lets not talk about her candies.

- Nathalie Weinzierl (GER) for moving up 5 places, from 22nd to 17th!
- Natasha McKay (GBR) fro moving up 6 places, from 24th to 18th!

Why bother with rules if skaters just flaunt them? It's not pushing skating forward. Another triple toe is not pushing anything. It's just a triple toe. if she puts in a 3A, or a quad, then she's pushing the sport further. Until then, she's not.

Yes, Finland gets two skaters for next year's Euros. Two skaters in the FS. 16 points for Viveca because she is at the 23 place and 11 points for Emmi. Together 27 and that is enough to get two skaters. Good!
