Her costumes look good. My friend saw her at GPF last season and this season said her skating has improved quite a lot. I think she needs to be more confident.

Technically, she needs to work principally on her basic SS - stroking, effective speed variation and one foot skating on an edge. Presently, her basic SS is pretty weak. If she can boost that, I can imagine how much she can showcase her statuesque form and long lines. Her FP music is a lovely chanson by Alfred Schnittke but it will be best shown if she had something of the equivalent of an Asada effective use of knees and ankles or Kostner's edges and multidirectional skating.

I don't think there's ladies list yet... I found only men and pairs lists...
CSKA is very strong group. They will use all their influence and power to send one of their girls to Worlds. The question is which one of them....

CSKA posted on their website days ago the athletes they are sending so no Maria and Elena. Plus Elena has a schedule conflict as she is performing in Tarasova's birthday bash. And the list is up and once again no Maria or Elena.
