Well Viveca has improved so much in her basic skating! Now just get the jumps back

Spins and stsq were good, she got the levels (not the most flexible skater for sure), it's just the quality of some of these moves, at one point in the steps i think she was going to do an illusion but the leg wasn't high enough and it didn't look like that.

The highest TES is deserved and she deserves the first place because of that, but PCS should have been a little lower than Fedichkina in performance and composition (interpretation is already lower)

Panenkova is faster so its easier for her to use more of ice structure presenting her elements and composition of her program is harder - she used more different elements/had more variety in her program - thats why her composition score is higher (even if Fedichkina program is more pleasing for the eyes, Panenkova presented more and used ice better)...
