"Here in Bratislava Evgenia's short program completely enchanted me. Even though she is the strongest female skater today, I can see how fragile she is, and it touches me. She skates beautifully. Her jumps are great as well, but she does create something special on the ice. I hope we can enjoy her skating for a long time."

I am a huge fan of Stephane, so this is wonderful to read!

Evgenia went 152.08 for her LP at Japan Open (TES 77.03, PCS 75.05). Apparently skated to Anna Karenina?

So, Anna Karenina is now officially her LP, or she just skated it at this event? I assume the former?

I don't think it's for real competition. Didn't Eugenia say in an interview that Japan Open was more of a show than competition?
It seems bizarre that she would turn an exhibition program into an LP during the Olympic season with no intent to compete it anywhere else. However, as Ibamda said, Anna might be a placeholder for a new program that's in the works? But still, why go through the trouble of making it a competitive program when it will be of no use?
