It was a Google translate interview with Mozer, she said something about how they have to switch the ice from speed to figure skating and so the quality is "crappy"

oh no.

Well there goes our chances of a decent comp I guess :slink:

Wait, no, it's Rizzo up next oops
Go Matteo! Save us!

Han Yan

Was going for a +3 3A but had a rough double-footed landing. Step-out on the attempted 4T. High landing on the 3Lz+3T but good combo. Wonderful glide and power through the step sequence. Overall, better spins than he usually does.

Shame that his first two jumping passes were so shaky. Nice fight on the combination after the hard step-out on the 4T, and he does have strong skating skills and pleasant choreography. He still lacks a bit in facial expression and I wish he had straighter leg action, but he should still land in first place so far. (EDIT: Actually he's in second after being dinged a bit more. Must have had a jump under-rotated.)

Oh yes, not surprised. Word was going around about this for a while now. Sigh.
Thanks!

Smiling Hongbo by the boards is the person everyone should have in their lifes :)

Dutch commentators haven't done their homework...? They're wondering if maybe Boyang isn't there yet... or if it's the guy sitting in the kiss 'n cry wearing the glasses.
