NBC prime time actually replaying Kim Hanul’s performance after shafting figure skating all week? Maybe there is hope for them yet...or they are just out of other sports footage to air

Isadora still finished much better than Sochi, and she had a great short! She should be proud!

Sad that Isadora didn't have a great FS like she did at Nebelhorn.

Happy though, that she made it to the FS and still greatly improved overall this season. Onto Worlds she goes!

Just caught up on the two leaders: Elizabet and Hanul. I'm so happy to see that Elizabet had a nice redemption skate from not only the bad SP but from how difficult these last couple of months were for her. I think the judges were stingy with her scores.

Seeing Hanul do so well here was another treat. Even with a step-out, her TES was still 67 which is impressive. After Nationals she's acrtually been getting a lot of hate from Koreans because she was chosen over Soyoun Park, so I'm hoping that this skate will silence those haters.

Johnny doesn't know the difference between us posting on an Internet forum and being an Olympic broadcaster. Engage in thoughtful critique, don't sugar-coat - but drop the cattiness and rudeness and respect the dedication of the athletes. It's a totally different thing to anonymously make a jokes on a forum like we do and to broadcast it on the biggest stage, and somehow he hasn't figured that out.

He needs to be fired. I'd had enough of his and Tara's biased commentary, but it's unprofessional on a whole other level now.

To be fair I was totally picturing a very regal bird with ruffled feathers sprayed in an intricate pattern that pranced, rather than just walk and never hesitated once to cross a road!

Well, Hanul and Loena were great! Alexia held it together quite well. The rest I would pretty much like to forget. [emoji53] A lot of very labored, sloppy skating tonight.

Not sure I agree. It’s become part of the culture. Not sure why we should get a pass for being part of it.
