Do I dislike a system that neglects senior women skaters as ''has beens'' post 16, or the attitude of 17 and done, or naysayers believing there is a remote possibility of championships at 22 or 31...you betcha! But that's more related to coaching styles, certain fans who put blinders on, believing that their personal preferences are the only realistic contenders, and home Federation support of promoting their future stars, than it is related to individual skaters themselves. Just sayin'

Yulia thought Eteri wasn't paying her enough attention as she had another promising skater, Zhenya couldn't handle Alina. Now there are a bunch of them in Eteri's team. Noone ever will get favouritism or special treatment. They have to learn to coexist or leave.

Just because Eteri went on national TV and explained her side of the story doesn't mean that Evgenia should drop to her level as well. Seems like she believes Eteri is the one who is responsible for her failure at the Olympics when she should be looking at her own jumps....
