Is she doing something different with her makeup now? She looks so different to me now versus 2017-2018. I know that she added muscle weight too.
I think she is using less heavy make up

I wish the free was tomorrow instead of Friday. Also, do you think she will do WTT?
There are rumors that Elizaveta is going to WTT, and I actually believe them. So, it's Alina and Elizaveta then.I wish the free was tomorrow instead of Friday. Also, do you think she will do WTT?

Hmm seems possible and totally fair. Selfishly I wish Zhenya would go to WTT to get a higher SP season's best because I'm a little bitter at the judging inconsistencies here. lol
Funny thing: TAT today was..I don't know, somewhat lukewarm on Zhenya. Of course, she didn't say anything bad about her, just was far, far from her usual self when commentating Zhenya's skating. But guys ftom another channel, (one in particular, who was rather harsh before during GP, and not only about skating, also about her decision, her new programmes etc.), they were rooting for her so much.
Of course this is completely subjective and I'm biased, but I can't help but think that Zhenya is the skater that has the best emotional connection to music/her programs, and she has been ever since she was 16. Of course she's had programs where this isn't the case, but the majority of programs and exhibitions she's had in her senior career just demonstrate her ability to really project her emotions through her skating. It's just that star power and unique quality that sets her apart. She's so special
With that being said, WakaZhenya came back briefly, I miss them together! This is so sweet https://twitter.com/MedvedevaNation/status/1108468543501283328?s=19

Normally I think going first is not good, but I think it will work out well for her. No time to think, and you are warmed up. She skated second at Boston and won.
Interesting. She has had success skating early so she could be fine unless she gets squeezed by judges for going first in the last group.
to sneak in a bit more positivity in here (because i really am happy overall with how the short turned out) — i think this may be one of the best skates i’ve seen from her in terms of the all-around package. expressive, attention to detail (especially in the beginning, her arm movements felt extra delicate, omg). the jumps looked much better here than even at russian cup final imo, especially her axel. spins have improved. the confidence is there. the fight is there. she’s really breathtaking. i’m not saying it was her BEST SKATE EVER OMG, but in my humble opinion it actually was one of her strongest sp outings, at least from what i can remember.
