i don't know how it works, i used to think that in big competitions like worlds or olympics they have professional make up artists for every skater, but i might be wrong. anyway you can see when it's rofessional by the contouring, if it's nicely blended it's professional, if looks like spots of color is made by them. blend girls! blend!
