S.A. Zhuk Memorial - Russian Novices Nationals (younger age) - 10-14 March 2021, Saransk

OK, so it was the music deduction - anybody knows why she finished so much after?

Taisya, please come to Moscow🙏
Maybe the two winter princesses (the other is ofc Kostyleva) can even train on the same rink:biggrin:

If Elena had not gotten that deduction she would have been in the lead but she did over take 2 skaters so that's good. I really loved Korobitsinas sp too never seen her before definetly will keeping mind for the free.

She was the top girl for her age group for 2 years, I think. Now she no longer is. Although she's very talented, seems to be stalling in comparison to some of the others... Probably because she lives in a very obscure location where the quality of coaching likely isn't there.

Thats sad, but makes sense. Wonder if she can/will move to either moscow or Petersburg for better coaching she is so talented.

Hahaha Krivonosova is a true performer! That reaction after the score came out:biggrin:
She could do better though! Almost fall twice during the steps today...

When I saw Bazyliuk some years ago, my impression was that her rotation speed is insanely fast, that she has solid expression, and that her skating skills are disastrous.

Not that much has changed, I think. Reminds me of... Berestovskaya?

Prineva... Strongest jumper right now. Clearly the best for this group. Performing is... Okay, I guess. Not terrible, and probably will be fine. Skating skills a weakness.

Yeahh and I think in her last competition she fell during some transitions randomly... Hope she can fix this tendency to stumble at random times, but perhaps she was excited about landing everything cleanly.

Prineva more PCS than Krivonosova? CSKA gonna CSKA I see. Pretty unfortunate but oh well.
