S.A. Zhuk Memorial - Russian Novices Nationals (younger age) - 10-14 March 2021, Saransk

I don't think that Rubtsova's performing has very much to it. But at least she managed to mostly land the jumps. She has been struggling with it a little so that's good.

Rubtsova definitely has the potential, just need polish and perhaps, better competition strategy. She has failed her short program 3lz3lo way too many times, causing her going into the free in a disadvantage situation. Should go with 3lz3t.

Hopefully add a 3a next season?

Im shocked they are insisting on that but it has come long way from the beginning of the season. So maybe next season she can have that combo on lock?

Oh no poor Maria dont cry

I wonder if they will have Alisa not do her 4T and go clean, she is right now less than 1 point behind Titova, I feel like ditching the quad and potentially going clean could get her 1st place.

Liza K!! Really enjoyed her skating since Ice Age. Her performance is a bit introverted but very powerful. Hope she’s on the podium!

Alisa is being the new Maiia with those quad attempts, now that the original Maiia has moved on.

Otherwise very nice!

Daria really is quite a talented skater - i believe she is older than some of the ladies here and it really shows in her maturity and confidence. i don’t love either program of hers but i do think she has loads of potential, especially for a 3A. she just needs to get the jumps to be consistent.

Yes, since she’s new to the group, I’m sure Eteri has a way of making her consistent:ROFLMAO:

I think it already started, considering how Dasha's results go relatively constantly up.

Nevertheless, seeing Sofia Titova and Daria Sadkova close to tears breaks my heart :(

But congrats to Alisa Dvoeglazhova, little surprising winner
