Hard work for Sofia there, with all those big elements, but she stayed on her feet throughout. The 4T-Eu-3S, how did she get from hands on the ice to finishing that combo? Well done to her on her victory!

It's astonishing how the technical bar has been raised so rapidly since Sasha landed those quads at Junior Worlds - now we're seeing JGP debut free skates with three quads and a triple axel, and the quads are in combination.

A huge score for Sofia A and a clear victory for her. I’m surprised she also won on PCS. I thought there was zero connection to the music she could have skated to anything.

From an enjoyment point of view I’d have her 5th of the Russians.

A great demonstration of the strength of Russian ladies. It was a long way back to 6th place.
