That's their pick for top contenders: Group 4 (#3 Shoma, #4 Yuzuru, #6 Sota) & Group 5 (#1 Kazuki, #3 Shun, #5 Yuma).
I finally figured out those numbers on the portraits are their skate order.
Also, your name made me assume you can read Kanji lol.
Oh is that what those numbers meant!
