the ice has been breaking a lot during the short track speed skating. Many falls... When there is not enough water on it, it tends to break... now, I am no expert so I am not sure it's the same issue here.

The TV is skipping all over the place for skating (although they're showing Deniss and now Andrei), but they offer a fine free stream to watch the whole way through.
