2022-23 Russian Local Events – Discussion

She also just looks like she isn't really happy to be there, a complete contrast to the lively, overjoyed girl we saw one and a half years ago at Russian Junior Nationals. 💔
Its honestly so sad I remember her as the girl with big jumps and fast beautiful skating and both of these things seem to have gone away. Last season was already not great for her and she is looking less happy each outing. Maybe a coaching change should be her next move, something just isn't working for her  She is so talented it such shame if her career trajectory doesn't change, I still want to see her at nationals ect.

She was indeed great, and with the performances she has delivered recently, she has a good chance of making it to Russian Nationals (if she performs similarly at the Russian Cup stages). ☺️
I 100% expect to see her at nationals, she seems to be on the rise this season. She was already good last season but the move to SPB from Perm seems to have worked out amazingly for her!

It's a shame the move to St. Petersburg hasn't worked out for her, many (including me) were hoping that having a stable coaching and training situation would give her the push she needed to break into the top 10 or even top 5 of Russian Juniors, but instead, she has slipped down the ranks even further. 💔

I dont think this is a free Ternovsky was looking for, the 1st half went beautifully he landed 3A, 3lz-3T and 3F-2T beautifully but the second half was full of pops and step out as well as his last spin happening after the music ended :console:

This was a very up and down program for Artur, far better than Panin memorial but he did have bunch of mistakes fall on 4S, 3a and a pop on 3lo but he landed a beautiful 3lz-3T and 3A-2t, His jumps look far bigger and rotated and his skating was beautiful as well:cheer2:

He is only just coming back so this is a big victory when tasking that into consideration!

It seems like a lingering thing. Hope he doesn't come back too early.
Fingers crossed, given his history… I still remember him post-Covid. He seems to look better now, at least visually, but he doesn’t move like he is okay.
