They are skating out of competition. There were also junior ice dancers from Belarus.

Now I'm confused. It makes sense to let the Belarussians compete in the Russian Cup, since they are excluded from the GP as well. But Vika is not listed in the livescore?!

It was going so well until the combo but im still so happy with this performance normally the lutz would have resulted in a painful looking splat and +combo, so this is really not bad from Masha!

They are performing outside of competition. The Russian Cups are national qualifying competitions and thus can't include non-Russian competitors in the same competition.
