If it was the Northern Ireland parliament, it would be Simon and Garfunkel's "The Sound Of Silence". Because we have had no government since May. But, if we had one, it would be the same soundtrack.

Haven't seen these two before. But, it was enjoyable.

Yes, they are exceptionnaly consistent and have very good elements, but the others aren't that worse.

They never left!

Nobody is running stuff. We are in limbo, with things piling up hand over fist. The rest of the UK got payments to help with winter energy costs back in November. We aren't getting it until the New Year, because the UK government were hoping that the local politicians would form a government and sort it out themselves, because our energy market is more complicated. But, there is no sign of it happening. The English politicians just don't realise how stubborn NI folk, and particularly NI politicians, are.

The civil sevents are keeping things ticking over. But, they can't make major decisions.
