Just woke up from my nap, and let us all acknowledge that Nguyen is pronounced differently in English than it is in Vietnamese and the correct pronunciation is the one that the owner of the name uses

Scores seemed a bit off between the Czech teams. I would have had them in reverse order for scores. Or either of the other two teams ahead of Blaas. But that's just me.

I can't say if another team should've been ahead in the scores or not, I just want to see one of the three Czech teams make the free really.

But, I really enjoyed that programme. The choreography was fun.

Oh, I just got a surprise when I went to their ISU Bio to check their ages. Sofiia's Russian. I was convinced that she was Czech. Although now I see that her first name is spelt the Russian way, so I should have realised.

They go into the lead. And they are very happy!

Sure... I remember for instance Christian Pulisic saying it is "Pyulisick" - who can argue with someone about their own name. But I would not start to call others with that name that as well.

I only posted it as it seems there is always a question of how to say the name and I shared my recent experience with my new Vietnamese co-worker as one example. I am done now with this and will never mention it again.
