Zhenya has travelled to Moscow today and took part in Channel One podcast (basically it will be his interview for Trankov). Trankov calls it the funniest one ever.
 
I thought there was a team Mishin training camp in Italy but apparently it's just Mishin master class for local skaters. I wonder why Zhenya is there. He isn't announced as a coach. Is he working on the new programs? :scratch2::biggrin:

Tell him to wait! I haven't sent him my musical suggestions yet!
(I want him to skate to Mercury's Golden Boy and have a real dance pop program.)

Alexei Mishin used to have training camps in Italy and Estonia, but since 2022 sanctions against Russia, I believe that they have ceased. I don't know if and when they will resume.

Intriguing. I love that he's working with different choreographers from different countries, I think that can only help him to develop further and explore his abilities. Very interested to see what that program will look like... :) I only knew she had done a lot of programs for Korean women, but now I saw she has also done the "Music" program for Hyungyeom Kim, one of my favourite programs from last season, :love2: and other programs for him.

Regarding new programs, SP is choreographed by Nikita Mikhailov again.

No official info on the FS yet. I think it's Benoît Richaud again as he is in Bulgaria too (and Yeaji Shin's program will be an EX).
 
T. Mishina has confirmed that Zhenya is working with Richaud. He attented Benoît's camp in France.

Feigin has shared several videos with Zhenya.

I'm surprised Zhenya went for the 4Lz. The Lutz is the least comfortable jump for him. He didn't land it in the program but he had a good attempt at the warm-up.



I liked the new combo spin. And the second half of the program is cool. Want to see it clean and polished. Other jumps were great.

I appreciate that Zhenya always has different program pattern. This is really rare.

The quad flip was so unexpected! Zhenya told media he started attempting it a week ago and it went well. I've always thought this jump might work for him. He decided to include it to his program just today!

There's an even better attempt from the warm-up.



The program is very promising. Wanna to see the final version. And curious to see the final content. I think huge BV is coming. Today not everything worked out but it's just September.
