Mao is too young. Not by much IIRC but she won't be age eligible. She'd have to be born before July 1st, I think.

No, I am sure I read that Mao will not be until after the 2026 Olympics which means she has a loooong wait to try for the OGM.

The younger the skaters become the older I feel. All of them could be my daughters

I'm still in my 30's and, having seen pictures of her, I have a suspicion that the mother of one of my favourite skaters (who, due to the age changes, is now one of the older Juniors) is younger than me...

Actually, on a related note, yesterday I was taking a rare look at my Facebook feed, and the husband of one of Northern Ireland's former skating stars had put up a photo of their daughter celebrating her GCSE results. And I couldn't believe it. The last time I saw this girl, she was about 4 or 5! Now she's 16, and older than quite a few skaters I like.

Time really is flying.

And just when I had thought that since the Paris Olympics are over I wouldn't be thinking about RG for at least 4 months, here we are with a RG warhorse... To be fair RG and FS share a LOT of warhorses but (sigh)

i kind of want this too! now i must focus to manifest it for next season

I remember her being charming last season and she still is, meanwhile what do you mean she is the same age as Jeongyul she is soooo much taller

Lulu seems very happy sitting waiting for her scores.

And so she should! She goes into 3rd.
