2024-25 Russian Grand Prix - Juniors - Moscow

I'm back from my travels and thanks to your comments I've got a good idea of how it all went. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
Sad to have missed it, but Channel One has the archive still going - something to do on a rainy October day (I've taken today off).
Looking forward to Lev, Vadim and both Klimov Teams, especially Nika and Danya. :love2:
An excellent plan for a rainy day!

I was atr Dream Ice at October. There were very fe3w spectators, because info that spectators are allowed was not widely known.

There was one more (5th) Junior Grand Prix Event in Moscow, 13-15 November, Memorial of A.Gorshkov, at CSKA Arena (little arena, instead of big arena where was Senior competition). I was there. It was for free, tnere were tickets which costed nothing.
Level of junior Pairs and Dance was good but much lower than Seniors.
In single skating girls and the best boys were very good.

Few words about single skating.

Male skating.
Hign level were two young men - Nikita Sarnovsky and Arseniy Fedotov.
Nikita Sarnovsky in FS landed two 4Lz (one with 2T). doubled toeloop, made two good 3A. First, 257.79.
Arseniy Fedotov in FS was mistaken. two falls from 4T< and 4S<<, 1A, made good 4S+3T and 3A+2A. Second, 238.25 (score is relatively high because good SP).

Fmale skating.
Level of girls at this Event was very high. Really strong were 10 girls of 18.
Because of this good and strong girl Dina Khusnutdinova o9f Tatarstan was 10th (because of 3rd place of other Enent she most probably qualified to JrNats), other 9 were even stronger.
First was Alisa Dvoeglazova, in FS 4Lz and two 4T, 232.93.
Second was Elena Kostyleva, in FS 3A, 4T, two 4S, but less clean than Dvoeglazova, 223.57.
Third was Lidia Pleskacheva, 3A+2T good, 3A fall, and very good alll other in FS and SP, 214.51
Fourth was Agata Petrova (StPetersburg), very clean ant nice skating with no 3A or quads, 210.23.
Fifth was Valeria Lukashova, in SP fall from 3Lz and no combo, in FS third with 4T and 4S. 200.58.
Girls at places 6,7,9,10 - nice and clean skating with 7 triples and two 2A ni FS.
Place 8 - Diana Milto with 4Sq and 6 triples in FS, unfortunately with minor mistakes on elements.
Score of 6th place 199.31, 10th place 193.37 - we see that these scores are very close.
