sometimes it has to do with not having a clear tempo change. i don't know if that's still a rule here though

other times, it has to do with the tempo... (the number of beats per second)

That was neat, in all senses of the word (maybe not so much the twizzles but overall). I feel the same way about them as I did when they were juniors, I'm not going to love them with a fiery passion but they please me. Liked the program, pretty good cuts and their packaging was nice

The heart choreo did make me smile, also I liked how the music shift was accented with her being lifted
