That's the type of skating that the current judging system/scoring system seems to be encouraging, unfortunately.

Litvintsev’s skating is the result of a system that only rewards jumps and ignores pcs. That was a struggle to watch with any interest whatsoever. What should we expect though when a skater can become World Champion with numerous quads, horrible posture and jerky movements with music playing in the background and no interpretation?

I agree entirely. The others are getting chances - Jimmy Ma, Jacob Sanchez and Daniel Martynov are at Talinn while Camden & Torgy are in France. We will see what they do with them.

Jacob has stepped up. He's going to the JGF with winning both his grand prix's. I think the U.S. has good men, I think its just nerves.

Jacob has done great this year. He has a good chance of overtaking some of the underachievers. He seems to have learned how to pace himself and how to compete well.
