Chiba was nervous, as well, but she’s generally a nervy skater anyway, but she’s definitely been working on that. Another lovely skate from her. She’s come a very long way.

Mone is such a lovely skater - beautiful arm carriage and posture, attention to detail and interpretation. How she did not sit down on the landing of that jump (loop? I forget), I do not know. Her spins were so well centred, and her Biellmann really shows how flexible she is. Huge score, and she goes into the lead! Well done, Mone!

It is really incredible how Amber has learned to control her mind and really become a top competitor this season and that skate will justifiably win a medal here. What color remains to be seen?
