2025 South Korean Figure Skating Championships

FYI you can go to the Korean Skating Union official site using a VPN and a cell phone with a translator app but its laborious and not worth it.

You cannot be serious, there's another Kim Yeona? Lol
She was in all likelihood named after the Queen, she is a 2012 baby
Is there a way to see the official results page? Skatingscores just directs me to the same page
As mentioned, no such page exists, KSU only posts the protocols in a zip file on their website
In the rewatch I have listed the skaters in reverse order of finish for the freeskates in case a start order is not made available in time.
The FS starting order is always the reverse of the SP standings, I didn't make a post assuming people knew this but apparently I was wrong

Most countries do reverse order but I personally feel a draw in each group would be fair. Also, some countries do cut offs...say only 24 make it to the free skate. (Pilfered from Labgoat)

@CoyoteChris Top 30 make it into the FS as stated in the OP @labgoat

Lesson learned: next time I'll post FS orders in a separate post after the SP, I was in the wrong for assuming that people would remember things

@Ichatdelune Thank you so much for all the info, especially the link to protocols

I was really impressed with Lee Yunho in both the SP and FS
Nice basics and presentation, well executed spins and jumps (fantastic Lutz!)
Neat and tidy elements/performances overall

Lots of potential~
Looking forward to watching him improve and progress as he levels up his tech

After cataloguing Nationals from 30+ Nations, I am finding it difficult to keep track of all these details.
I’ve enjoyed doing it, but the details are starting to blur.

I will fix order and add links tomorrow morning for the rest of Day 2. Individual videos can be found here.

I’m one of 146 people too!!
Will watch free skates tonight and two days from now 🤗
I am going to bed and saving the last group for tomorrow....after sitting through lots of US nats all over the country with my friends watching Jr ladies, There are quite a few of these ladies I see potential in....see you tomorrow.....late night! Best wishes to the final group.

Hannah and Ye have a new RD to I Feel Good, Something's Got a Hold on Me, and a third song I can't remember the title of Dance to the Music

I liked him in the SP and really liked him after the free as well. I also liked Jaewook - all kinds of rough, but charm and drive are very evident.

Just a cold, exacerbated by working very hard - we are very shorthanded due to illnesses and high volume of patients who are coming in very sick.

The top three were very good. I also had my eye on Saebom, Yeona Kim, Sena Park, Yeseo Lee, Gyungyung Lim, Hayoung Park and Doi Cha.

I watched some men practice this morning - Sihyeong and Younghyun seemed to have a very rough practice, Junhwan looked very good. I loved Minkyu, Jaekeun and Hangil the most.
Hyungyeom took a very hard fall on a quad but continued to skate.

Among the senior women practice - the top group looked very good. You can really see the difference between the junior and senior ranks. Three young ladies stole my heart - Nayeon Ko, Jeongyu Hwang and Jiyu Huh.

I won't be able to watch tonight or tomorrow so practice was my way to participate.
Have fun! Go skaters!
