I don't think Andrew was that overscored to be honest. It's not like he was terrible. Maybe a bit, but it's a fantastic program

Technical content should not be a part of the PCS mark, he was rewarded for it with a very high TES score, deservedly so, but landing two quads doesn't mean your composition or presentation scorer should automatically be at the least 7.75.
