The Czech federation has published infos on the schedule, the ticket prices and the start of sales.
Here is all the info
I've already read someone from Czechia saying this is really expensive and they fear it might not sell out since figure skating apparently isn't that popular in Czechia, and they don't have a "star skater" like Ilia or Kaori...

If there's a concert or a spectacular show with many participants that's actually visible from up there (like Cirque du Soleil or Shen Yun), or if it's ice hockey where two teams are constantly whizzing all over the ice - sure, the uppermost seats make sense. But for FS, where I want to see clearly what one skater/pair/couple is doing on the ice, it's either the low row seats or middle row level seats ... or the jumbotron. I can watch the TV or stream at home, and that's exactly what jumbotron equates to. And I suppose many locals will arrive at exactly the same conclusion. They'll have national TV coverage for free, permanently archived to be watched anytime at will, so why bother... which I suspect most of the senior citizens will do, and there are not just a few of those among the FS audience. They might be out of luck with Japanese fans too, due to no direct flights... the logic behind those prices is truly astounding.
in the middle of the night for me. I continued to get an invalid code message but kept trying and eventually came away with most of what I wanted. I saw in other places that a lot of people had issues with tickets being pulled out of their carts before purchase, but I didn't have that problem.
