After downhill skates from Kevin and Kao, Selevko managed to stay on his feet.... almost actually, but just one fall in this context can nearly be considered "cleanish"

Very hard, labored skating.... got a bit better at the end when he starting beating the boards but staying standing will be enough for him to get a medal here....

I arrived home just in time to see Selevko having a fairly solid skate!
On the other hand, Kevin did one of his numbers, I see.

That's what I was thinking about Kevin Aymoz. He always does the opposite to my predictions.

Not too bad for Kazuki, only two mistakes - but costly ones. His costume is very elegant.

Such nice connection with the music and it's hard because this music is insipid.

Hope the spin mistake doesn't cost him.

I love Kazuki's skating and that step sequence. He carries speed across the ice so easily. I just question whether this program is too somber for an Olympic season. I think it only works if he's completely clean and casts a spell throughout.

Tomono started strong(ish) but after the first 12-18 minutes of the program my mind started wandering.

After an awesome SP program choice, Kazuki FP music choice is awful. Doesn’t suit how he skates and doesn’t highlight his personality
Will he medal? The ending pose might knock him off the podium

I believe he returned to last season's free because he realized that the tempo of his new free was too fast, making him rush his jumping technique...

Tomono almost fell on the last spin. I don’t like him skating to snow globe music; it just doesn’t suit him. He’s gonna fall below Selevko. But will he fall under Miura? Maybe.
