In Petr's case everything is about tech panel. He wouldn't really compete much with Malinin. Petr still has a higher peak.

Yagudin and Kolyada discussed that he might have did his boots really tight to land jumps. Apparently, looser lacing helps showing edges, and tighter one for jumpingHold on, why is Vlad lying on the ice after his skate holding his ankle? Really hope he is not hurt![]()
You know it's like in the TV series "Yes, Minister" when sir Humphrey explains to minister "This is not democracy, this is British democracy!"Yes, but it is no Jason Brown.![]()

His levels and PCS are far superior too, though. He's just going to peak higher than Dikidzhi if they're both at their reasonable best. I don't think it'll matter with international judging anyways. In Petr's case everything is about tech panel.

Yes, even though I am a Gumennik fan, I wonder if Dikidzhi would have been a safer bet...In Petr's case everything is about tech panel.
He never skated abroad though as far as I remember. Gumennik at least did as a junior for a few years.Yes, even though I am a Gumennik fan, I wonder if Dikidzhi would have been a safer bet...
Vlad normally doesn't lose levels on his spins. But they might be worse GOE-wise.His levels and PCS are far superior too, though. He's just going to peak higher than Dikidzhi if they're both at their reasonable best. I don't think it'll matter with international judging anyways.

Oh, I think they made the right choice, but I want to see Dikidzhe compete against the rest of the men. Malinin is so far ahead of the rest of the field, the GP events are boring since everybody knows the rest of the field is competing for silver and bronze and either Petr or Vlad can be in the mix for the podium. His levels and PCS are far superior too, though. Dikidzhi skated in a junior B event. He never skated abroad though as far as I remember. Gumennik at least did as a junior for a few years.
I'm not sure. Looking at his FS scores I'm not finding any with perfect spin levels from last season.Vlad normally doesn't lose levels on his spins. But they might be worse GOE-wise.
I believe in conclusion across both singles events, this was still the only StSq4.I believe Sadkova demonstrated the only StSq4 today. It is unsurprising.
