watching my first full ice dance segment in literal years (i almost said event but i didn't watch the RD lol) and feeling very much like that song in the musical hamilton that's like "what did i miss"

Wow... so everyone gets the twizzles called for a level... which means here that Oona got none of her other turns called clean...and most skaters apparently.

I understand what Piper is saying about the fact that they work very hard (and for many years) on their turns and then, this TP comes in and suddenly, they get scored as if they were junior skaters.

Honestly, I think Oona & Gage’s FD is my favorite FD of this (very disappointing) season.

The Browns have never been my favorite team but I do think they have far superior material to Chock and Bates this season.

Absolutely adore the Browns’ FD. Shame about the wee mistakes but thank goodness he held on to his twizzles.

I like this program more and more. Maybe wasn't that impactful like last week but still amazing. So many creative ideas.

This looked very good to me from Oona & Gage. One of the most interesting free dances of the season, highly memorable. Not sure why they received low levels on one foot step sequence (?!). That tech caller is drunk or something. I get his lower levels on twizzles though

well apparently, the levels were lost. We will have to wait and see the protocols. Mark is so informative. He tells us what we need to know at this point.. He knows we are pissed off.

I hope that Shawn and the ISU don't think they're eating with these calls. It makes them look bad. Like gymnastics, you have a whole quad to get it right--teams shouldn't be finding out about how to get levels months before the Olympics.

And even if this was to cure grade inflation, that should have been made clear at the beginning of the season. It shouldn't have been a sudden change at the 5th GP event.
