As this year has been billed as the year we make a comeback in ladies skating on the world stage, I'm now anxious. Alyssa Liu has been called all season on that triple- lutz triple loop in her short program. Altho she did a fantastic one at nationals. That doesn't have me as concerned. But why did Amber Glenn fall apart at the Team competition? She's skating great in practice according to the commentators but she got out there and messed up on her two difficult elements. What I do not want is a Japanese sweep at the podium. Is this a repeat of the American nerves of Mariah Bell, Bradie Tennell & Karen Chen? Or do we really have a shot at the podium?
