Alissa had some shaky moments . . . step out of the 1st 3Lutz, 2-footed the 3flip and may have been UR as well, and had a wobble on her spiral sequence. Again, only 5 triples attempted and only 3 done cleanly.

I have to agree with her coach - she just kept getting better and better throughout that program...

At least the 3 Flip at the beginning is downgraded though.

I will always love that Y-spin of hers, such a beauty.

There's something in what her coach said...I'm seeing noticeable improvement in her, almost like she is *gasp* actually gaining consistency. Still, she may need to add another triple in there if she really wants to be competitive
