My personal favorite musical works are by Beethoven, especially his symphonies, and I wish there were more programs using his music. However, I could see Beethoven's music also being difficult to skate to and interpret because of their complicated depth of emotion.[/QU
Tatsuki Machida's LP in 2014 at SA brought a depth of Beethoven on the ice. He was like a conductor of orchestra of Beethoven's 9th, where orchestra was his own body/skating.
On the other note, I wish Ashley Wagner to challenge herself and to skate a classical music ( a naive wish...) there is a deeply hidden softness in her, a loving heart which she, consciously or unconsciously, hides and never brings to the ice.
