I just hope Ashley and Gracie deserve it as opposed to just being pushed up as the predestined team they've built up for years. Even if it's just due to being less crappy than the rest of the field, I really don't want to feel like (for example) Tyler and Mirai got shortchanged in both segments to make it happen.

Ashley's flip looked great and when she she picked in again, I assumed she had it---then went down I think my cursing startled my dog.

That too. It definitely kills her internationally. But in this field, I still expect her t make the Worlds team

You cannot break a pair of boots in in two days! Not senior level boots! They are stiff as heck! Mirai's feet are going to be covered in sores!

Ashley actually scored slightly higher than Gracie in both TES and PCS....but the 1 point deduction for the fall put her .09 behind.

I know Ashley will be fired up. I don't know about Gold but she's close enough to leap frog. Both Gold and Ash have overall way better programs imo unless Polina changed something drastically.

Ashley's SP is wonderful but she unfortunately did not deliver a good skate.:sad4:
