Costume change allowed in competition? Why hasn't anyone done it before, except for the accidental deep V-neck from yesterday's Pairs?

It's probably not done very often because it's risky. Too hard to find the balance where the costume won't come loose prematurely, but won't be too difficult to pull loose when it needs to be.
