Ugh. Evgenia seems to skate and land with such flat edges. I prefer Zagitova tbh. Hope the judges are moderate with PCS because this was not a 72+ performance.

the only thing I"m afraid of is when she does her 2axel. I fear that jump from most of the Russian girls... esp. Eteri's girls. I'm never nervous for the harder stuff from Evgenia, though. She did look tighter here than usual, though. It was a bit more work tonight, I think. I don't think this is a season's best, she's done it better. But, I"m not the judges who will no doubt see perfection everywhere.

OMG what a disaster. She is crushed, beaten, trampled on, chewed up and spit out. How horrible and demoralizing. I hope someone gives her a good hug. Just horrible I feel so bad for her. Anna cheer up - next year is what counts - could Russia be down to two? Doubt it but Karen Chen is going to medal. unless. the Canadians - can two of them skate well enough though???
