Great start with the 4S+3T, but a fall on the 4T (but at least he didn't pop which he is prone to do). And a fine 3A as well. The second half starts to lose me, with the spin and the footwork sequence not really emphasizing the music (as much as there even IS music there).

Kovtun didn't completely Kovtun this time... so I'll just say he Kov'd.
