2017 Worlds Men's SP

Nothing is over til it's over. It's like Javier and Patrick came from GPF saying, that's not us! We belong on the podium.

What a giant paradox, this is an extremely well skated event, but the two biggest favourites messed it up.

Can someone do TES math? How much ground does Yuzu have to make up for gold (or, yknow, how much does someone have to flop for him to get there)?

All the complaints about these kids and their quads ruining figure skating, and Javi and Patrick win the day.

(Shoma too....but performance-wise we know Patrick and Javi are better).

Please, without any quesetion whatsoever Chen would be below Fernandez for sure today even if he skated his absolute best. Maybe even below Uno. Hanyu is the only one who had any chance of beating Fernandez today with an absolute perfect skate.

Omg Jason this is almost as good as his river dance at the us nationals. Love his heartfelt performance.

That has to be one of the best skated shorts in years in any discipline, going right back to some great performances in the very first flight (Reynolds, Kerry) to the last. Thanks to all the skaters!

It's not over until it's over! Nathen and Yuzu have a monstrous technical arsenal to come back and fight. Patrick and Javier must be pristine clean in the LP to keep their position.

And Jason closes the night with a spectacular program. Doesn't even need a quad and it was one of the best of the night.

Thank you gents for THE best men's SP ever.
