I don't understand either language, so the Chinese guy talking over the Japanese commentary isn't bothering me.

So, I'll stick with the stream I'm watching until there is a break in the coverage (either for adverts or the resurfacing).

I don't want to miss anything.

I think it's because of TV broadcasting schedule. FUJI TV's main channel is scheduling Group 4 & 5 live, form 19:00 to 21:00, so-called Golden Time in Japan.

That's a very good idea for filling time, actually. More channels should do that.

Never seen a practice before, so I am shocked that the skater who is having their run-though is not on the ice by themselves. That could be dangerous if they are engrossed in what they are doing, and doesn't realise that somebody is in the way.
