I take it it is either Tokura or Hasoda. Because I couldn't find an ISU Bio for Tokura, and Hasoda's is one of those empty Bios.

The other skaters are younger than 23.

Thanks. It's always great to see a skater you are unfamiliar coming through and doing well, but there is something extra nice when it is an "older" skater.
