Belarus judge from Golden Spin has resigned as international judge a couple of weeks ago.

Anyasnake is referring to the Russian woman who was sitting next to him at Golden Spin who is judge number 2 here. Her presence here suggests she is not under investigation as they usually temporally suspended when investigated.
