I have to say, I'm not really a fan of the Russian wunderbabies, but Anna was simply delightful. She seems to really love what she's doing, and it shows.

Wow, really incredible for Anna! I'm so happy for her debut. Beautiful sense of movement, her timing with the music, incredible jumps. I felt like she got a bit behind during one of her spins and had to hurry up her last component of it to hit the music but it was the only tiny hiccup I could see. And such a massive score, so impressive.

As a new fan of the juniors, I went into this wondering if Anna Shcherbakova were overhyped.

Yay Pooja!!! The way she carries herself really reminds me of Gracie - must be an Alex O. thing?? I'm so thrilled for her. Neat arm variations on some of the spins. I doubt she has BV to medal in this line-up, but she can make a statement.

For me, definitely one of the most memorable performances today, she needs just more confidence in carriage and material that will enable her to see more character. Loved her costume, a vivid splash of colour that contrasted beautifully with her skin. And yes, some powerful skating, like Gracie in her best time.
