Did the host play the folk song of the skater's country after each skate, when the audience are waiting for the scores? If so, that's so sweet.

Yes, it was a nice tribute to world music. It reminded me Erasmus parties or whatever international student parties, where everyone tries to put his own music.

No, not really.. normal local pop music usually, IMHO.. like Utada Hikaru, for example..

That was a wonderful sp by Kostornaia. Such a mature and elegant skate, I loved the ending pose. A well deserved clear lead. Kanysheva had a good skate for 2nd and it’s then a long long way back to 3rd. I was really impressed with Kuzmenko, I though she was very harshly marked on PCS, I would have her much higher.

Yes, 22 (and 48 for the free) seemed really low to me. Guess it's because France is a small fed.
