If Rion skates well, it'll probably be a clump at the top all pushing for first. I like Tarusina and Tarakanova very much, but I wouldn't be surprised if a Japanese girl takes it. The playing field is more level here than it is when Eteri's girls are competing. I wouldn't count Gabriella Izzo out either.

I don't think so as Rion only has a 3Lo-3T/3T-3T combo in short program.

she is! it's her international debut season and i have only seen her make small mistakes so far, that's it! she always comes on the ice with a smile too! a very bright girl

I was just looking to see if they were by any chance in the same skating club, and hence if it might have been the same dress handed down. But they aren't.

Nastya Tarakanova: Come on, girl, I need you to do well in the FS and somehow get that gold! JGPF without her wouldn‘t be the same!

Anna Tarusina: Nice, I guess. Seriously, she‘s a lovely girl but... her skating bores me. Sorry. Her 2A is also very Lipnitskays-esque... But still, good for her and a major accomplishment, considering what she went through the last years.

Haein Lee: SHE IS WONDERFUL! Nothing more to say. Brilliant. That 2A out of the Ina Bauer is giving me Yuna vibes. I love her and want her to get a medal so badly. She deserves it!!!

Haven‘t watched anyone else yet but I‘ve seen that Tomoe from Japan apparently did very well, too?

Yep! Tomoe went clean. She's our leader right now slightly ahead of Tarusina.
