Generally speaking, I don't like jumpsuits. But, I have to admit that Caya's is actually really nice.

I looked up her ISU Bio to see who her coach was, and I noticed that she is from a town called Breda. Over here, Belfast has a suburb called "Newtownbreda", so I wonder if it is a reference to Caya's hometown? :think:

Maybe? The skater who first stuck out to me was Irina Slutskaya in Torino when she wore a unitard. I was totally floored! Before then I'd only ever seen women skaters in dresses. I thought it was coolest thing ever.

But hey I also like polkadots Although not a polkadotted unitard, that'd be weird.

3F - she landed but it looked a little UR - oh and Ted then comfirmed it (I saw it in real time, yay for me )

She should pobably work on "selling it" a bit more.

First time seeing her, but I like this Russian girl that is representing France.

I just looked at her fskate.ru Bio, and it looks like this is her first season with France.

All I can say is well done to the French Fed for poaching her!

(I just hope they don't hold her hostage in the future like they seem to do with all the other skaters they poach... )

Slutskaya was the first skater that I started to keep an eye on how she was doing, when I was just dipping in and out of watching. But, then Carolina came along...

I have the same feeling that he didn't do Junior Worlds.

And I remember that during the last season that I watched all of the Junior GP Series that he didn't do the Junior GP Final then, because the Junior GP Final was tied in with the TV contracts for the Senior GP Final. And whilst I could understand the contractural reasons, I thought it was very unfair that he wasn't able to complete the Series after doing all the normal rounds. Like, Ted had got to know all the skaters, whereas the TV commentators didn't know them.

But, I think he did the Junior GP Final last year.
