Does anyone know when the Entry Lists will be published? Not long to go now, but can't find anything online. :confused2:

Via the Australian Federation list of International Assignments for the season, we have one Lake Placid Junior couple and a Judge!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but is there anywhere online where we can watch the competition this week? (Not necessarily a live stream.)

There is a livestream.
http://www.snapshotsportsphotography.com/live/list.php

It has been the only way to watch it the last couple seasons so I assume it is the only way to watch it without being at the event. Last year the stream cost @ $10.00. I think you may need to log in in order to see the cost, but of course, you don't have to pay until afterward.

Juvenile & Intermediate Dance Team Entries are posted here:

Results are being posted there as well.

I don't know the novice entries yet or the non-international junior entries yet. (I'm guessing the Greens and Gropman & Somerville are listed for it because USA usually splits up their highest ranking juniors fairly evenly between the international and the non-international portions of the event). It seems pretty likely Haines & Koszuta, DelCamp & Gart, and the Browns are signed up there also since they are all fighting for a spot on the JGP, but that's just my guess. We'll see if they all attend. There are usually some teams from other countries signed up for that junior event as well.

I do know there are 5 Canadian teams that are supposed to be competing in novices (the North American Series portion), as they were listed in a Skate Canada press release.https://skatecanada.ca/2018/07/canadian-novice-skaters-continue-on-2018-north-american-series-in-lake-placid/. Should be fun to see them go up against some of the best U.S. novice teams, though I'm not sure how many are likely to sign up. Think the compulsory dances are different in the NAS event and at U.S. Nationals. Last year, most of the novice teams did the non-advanced novice portion; but hopefully more will do the NAS portion this season as it is part of the series.
