Zhou receives generous calls. If his 4F had been called, then Cha would have been rightfully ahead.

I also disagree with Cha's PCS.

Zhou's 3Toe was underrotated, 4Flip underrotated with -3 GOE quality, and 3Axel was -1 GOE quality at best.

I'm afraid that's really Daniel Samohin... his track record for clean SPs is extremely bad, especially this season. Hopefully he'll do well, but the odds aren't good.

That is TES speaking not PCS. Cha won the PCS. Zhou's PCS was low. Zhou did a 4LZ+3T. Lets now pretend this is bad scoring :

I'd both lower Zhou's PCS and raise Cha's. Not by much on Cha, but still.
