They did it! NBC has managed to make me cringe whenever I hear them mentioning Nathan Chen or 5 quads! He's barely been in the Olympics, and I'm already over the overhyping of Nathan Chen! Thanks NBC!!

He's in medal contention all right.

Falls are less likely in the SP. Lots of fall opportunities in the long though.

I don't know if you have been following Leslie Jones' tweets, but she's hilarious. She said that Kolyada looks like a movie villain, and I can't unsee that now.

I'm afraid to watch the third of my favorite inconsistent skaters (not hard to guess who that is) skate in this group. I don't think he's in a very good place after team, and my heart goes out to him. I just hope he skates decently and doesn't dig himself into too big of a hole. On a happier note, looking forward to great performances from the rest of the men, all of whom I love.
