They sure aren't happy. Bruno Marcotte said that they are extremely ambitious and even plan to become world champions in two years.

Yes, but realistically I think that was a fair score. Their elements are easier and they don't have great flow or great execution. But, with their drive they will get better.

I'm conflicted on this costume choice.

Someone during the GP said the Italian's costumes looked like they were Sea World trainers and that image has stuck in my mind. If anyone reading this is going to Worlds please throw them a stuffed dolphin.

considering the increase in difficultly and risk these pairs are taking in the past few years, I'd say some of those banned moves ought to be taken off the ban list

Well yeah of course it's about support.

Mao-chan said she gave a lot of her mountains of plushies every comp to children/schools near the ice rinks, I'm sure most of them do the same thing.

Oh I just remembered she used to stay in the rink a little longer just to pick some up by herself - gosh I miss her so much

The other North Korean athletes were invited for the Olympics instead of qualified too.

Even sadder still they hacked half of the South Korean team that qualified for the women's ice hockey because they wanted to make a joint Korea team, so half of the athletes that have been preparing and training and competing for years to be able to make it to the Olympics had to make way for the North Korean hockey players D:

Thats sad. Here, at least, the Japanese didn't have to give up on their place, albeit they only had got it after NK primarily ignored their own team's qualification.
