2018 Olympic Figure Skating Pairs SP

Okay, ducking out of Channel 7's livestream for the moment so I can get some more work done, but I just wanted to say that Belinda Noonan might have a rather flat delivery but she's a very knowledgeable commentator and I appreciate it.

(Sry, posted this in the wrong thread, but for sake of completeness...)

Kim / Kam (KOR)

Alright double twist lift, but a rough fall on the throw triple salchow attempt. Only a single salchow from Kim on the side by side jumps. Tentative reverse rotational lift and a tad slow in the combo spin. Footwork sequence actually has a fairly good unison and an adequate death spiral to match.

The fall and the popped jump will hurt their technical score by quite a bit. It's tough going out first in a hometown crowd. I hope they make the free skate but it will require some major mistakes by the next few skaters.

I want to know who's providing Jason Dungeon the elixir of youth. I can't believe it's been 20 years since Nagano and the guy looks 5 years older, tops.

Duskova/Bidar? Huh. For some reason I'm really surprised to see them here. Dunno why, though. Did they have problems earlier in the season?

NBC interviewing the Aussies. I just want Katya to smile...

ISR's PB is lower than AUS's current score, as is GER's. A few other teams are in the mid 60's PB like AUS is.

In other words, it's going to be close.
